Over the past several days, we’ve been quietly working behind the scenes on a project we’ve wanted to tackle for a while: moving our newsletter to a new platform. After weighing our options, we decided it was time to retire MailRelay and migrate everything to Klaviyo. It’s not just a technical switch. It’s a step toward a smoother, smarter, more reader-focused way of staying in touch.
Klaviyo gives us more control over how we share our work and how we understand what resonates with you. Instead of sending the same thing to everyone, we can fine-tune what lands in your inbox, so you see more of the posts and announcements that genuinely interest you. It also makes it easier for us to showcase the pieces we’re especially proud of: the essays that linger, the interviews that spark curiosity, and the new publications we’re excited to bring into the world.
Transitions like this always come with a few moving parts, but the goal is simple: to serve you better. Thanks for your patience while we made the shift, and for sticking with us as we continue to refine how we connect with you.
