Enter Jeeves: tall, bald, and omniscient. Jeeves knows everything—from the proper way to tie a cravat to the proper way to dispose of a body. He is never flustered. He is never wrong. He wrote more than ninety books, including the Jeeves and Wooster series, the Blandings Castle series, and numerous short stories, plays, and musicals. Wodehouse first introduced Jeeves in the 1915 short story “Extricating Young Gussie,” published in The Saturday Evening Post. The character proved so popular that Wodehouse returned to him again and again, writing Jeeves stories for five decades. Wodehouse moved to the United States in the 1930s and became an American citizen. He was awarded the Mark Twain Prize for Humor and was made a Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire shortly before his death. He is buried in Remsenburg, New York.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0988/5561/6884/files/casa-carlini-simple-audiobook-jeeves-stories-53566699340148.png?v=1779965628
